Insurance Information
Our insurance coordinators deal with many insurance companies. While we accept payment from various insurance companies, both in-network and out-of-network, many insurance companies will not give out fees until after the treatment is completed. As a courtesy, we ask that you keep us informed of any change to your insurance. It is important that all information about you is current.
As a courtesy, we will file your insurance claims for you. Patients are required to pay their estimated balance in accordance with insurance. Upon receipt of an insurance payment, any balance due will be the responsibility of patient.
Payment of Fees
Our financial secretary will be happy to discuss the details of payment methods. There is a $500 non-refundable deposit required to hold a cosmetic surgery date. The balance in full is due by one week prior to the surgery date, which will be collected at your preoperative visit. Typically, cosmetic surgery is fee for service, and insurance will not cover any of the cost. However, insurance may help cover a portion of certain procedures (such as breast reduction or orthognathic procedures). If insurance is involved, our staff will help determine the balance you would owe after insurance benefits are verified.
If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff. They are well informed and up-to-date. Please call our Sacramento office at (916)-419-4588 if you have any questions or concerns regarding your initial visit.
