Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery requires up to 6 additional years of hospital based surgical and anesthesia training which is required to manage a wide variety of issues relating to the Mouth, Teeth and Facial Regions.  Dr. Heir offers a wide range of surgical procedures to achieve this goal.

On your first visit to our office, we will have your completed form available for your signature.
